    Envisioning and Creating a Sustainable Holistic Business (Hingham, Massachusetts    )

I am excited to announce an intensive workshop I will be doing with Lisa Jeck on February 26-28, 2012. The workshop is entitled: "Transforming Passion into Practice: Envisioning and Creating a Sustainable Holistic Business." 

Lisa's background is in accounting, tax and business consulting. My background is in law, business operations and management. Together I we have over fifty years of collective experience working with small businesses. Lisa and I have also both attended the Kripalu School of Ayurveda and recognize the essential role lifestyle plays in running a succesful business.

The workshop is targeted to those considering starting their own business or that have already done so. We will be addressing all the essential issues involved in forming and operating a holistic business, including: business plans, the legal formation of your business, tax issues, personal liability, obtaining credit and funding, marketing, intellectual property, accounting, insurance, regulatory issues, and ethics.

We will also be selecting several participants' business or business plans for a case study review.

The location will be at the Glastonbury Abbey in Hingham Massachusetts and will include lodging, meals, materials, and several lifestyle sessions such as yoga, and meditation. All lodging is in private rooms.

The cost is $399 per person for those that register by January 31, 2012, and $449 for registration during February 2012.
